I am changed, different. The girl I once was is no more. Not because of meds alone have these changes occurred. I am both old and new. Same packaging, different contents….. Distraction is not my friend.  I'm glad I bought a decent pop-up blocker for my brain. That's what it was like- fucking pop-up windows with thoughts and memories I didn't want to revisit. And then once I dig myself out, I've lost my place; my train of thought. Now I can focus, concentrate; but then again, it's not cured or completely gone.
